RETURN POLICY

We happily accept returns in original condition (unused, unworn, and unaltered) with tags attached for either a refund, store credit, or a one-time exchange. Intimate items, such as underwear, are not eligible for return.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Returns between 8-14 days of delivery are eligible for exchange or credit only.  Returns to the original form of payment will be subject to a $9.99 return shipping fee which will be deducted from your refund once your return has been received and processed.

All products must be returned with the original garment tags and unworn. Swim products must be returned with original garment tags, unworn, and hygienic liners still attached. 

If final sale is noted on the product page, items are not returnable.

Returns can take 5 to 7 business days to process.

We will not be held responsible for any items that are lost during the return process unless a tracking number with proof of delivery is provided.
