CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
All items wanting to be returned must be emailed to email@example.com with a copy of invoice and reason for return.
Please note items cannot be returned due to shipping method. For example, if you fail to select upgraded shipping on an item you need ‘next day’, we will not allow the return because it didn’t get to you on time.
CAN I RETURN MY ITEMS AT ANY TIME?
We are happy to accept returns within 21 days of purchase as long as the item is unworn, unwashed and is smoke, deodorant and perfume free. Swim bottoms need to have the protective lining still attached. After 21 days, returns will be denied. You will need to pay to have items shipped back to you if they are sent to us outside of your 21 day grace period. It is your responsibility to contact us for return payment. Items not claimed within 21 days will be donated.
CAN I RETURN ANY ITEM I PURCHASE?
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned: intimates, bodysuits, bralettes, perfume, sale items, items more than 30% off.
DO I GET MY MONEY BACK OR STORE CREDIT?
Accepted returned items will be issued a refund for the purchase price (minus discounts used) and not including shipping costs. Please include your invoice or we will be unable to process your return. Please allow 3-5 business days once your package has arrived at our facility for refund processing. Once a refund has been processed credit will appear within 5-10 business days.
WHAT IF IT IS PAST 21 DAYS?
Items returned past the 21 day policy will not be refunded. They will be shipped back to you at a charge to you. Return postage is the customers responsibility. We do not issue a return label.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED?
In the case of a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days at firstname.lastname@example.org.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
We are unable to facilitate exchanges as our inventory changes daily and we cannot guarantee items will be available. With this being said, you will need to create a new order with the item you would like and you will be refunded once the original returned item arrives at our warehouse.
IF YOUR ACCOUNT CANCELS 5+ ORDERS WITHIN 1 MONTH YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE FLAGGED.
