Holiday Returns are eligible through the following dates: Nov 14th - Jan 15th 

We are happy to accept returns on full-price purchases within 30 days of their delivery date. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined.If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment, less a return label fee.

At this time, we do not accept returns from orders shipped outside of the United States.



  • Items must be received in original condition - damaged, washed, worn, or altered items will not be accepted.
  • All returns MUST be submitted and processed through our return platform.
  • All swimwear must have the hygiene seal intact and be in the original packaging, otherwise the return will not be accepted.
  • All sets that are purchased MUST be returned as a set.



  • All bodysuits and intimates.
  • All jewelry.
  • All beauty: makeup, tanning products, perfume.
  • Any items marked FINAL SALE or purchased ON SALE / DISCOUNT will not be eligible for return or exchange.


International Orders Customs Import Duties and Taxes:

Please note, if the receiver of the order refuses to pay any customs import duties and taxes on the associated order, the cost of the retrieval will be at your expense. Additionally, all applicable fees incurred by Kittenish will not be refunded.  


Please note the following items are non-returnable

  • Any item(s) postmarked past 30 days of delivery date
  • Item(s) purchased at a Kittenish store location 
  • Any item(s) marked FINAL SALE or purchased on SALE/DISCOUNT
  • Damaged, washed, worn, or altered items; items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume and/or stains 
  • If any of the above items are sent back to us: we are unable to issue a refund, grant an exchange, or return the items back to you. Please do not send multiple order returns under a single shipping label.
