What is Kittenish Rewards?

You’ll earn 1 point for every $1 you spend at Kittenish.  Your points can then be used on future purchases both online and in our stores.

Who can join?

Everyone! Simply sign up on our website at www.kittenish.com/pages/loyalty-rewards

How do I earn points?

You will earn points with every purchase you make and can earn additional points by referring a friend as a new customer, signing up for our newsletter, your birthday, and following us on social media. 

*Points earned do not include taxes, shipping, or customs fees added at checkout.

When will I see points I earned on purchases?

Points earned on purchases will be available within 24 to 48 hours and after your payment is confirmed. Please feel free to contact our Customer Service team with any questions!

How do I view my point balance?

Once signed in, your point balance can be found in a few places: our main Kittenish Rewards page, and on your account page.

What are the different reward amounts?

100 points = $5 reward

200 points = $10 reward

300 points = $15 reward

400 points = $20 reward

Do my points expire?

Yes. Your points expire after 1 year of inactivity. You must make at least one purchase or use our rewards program each year to remain an active member.

Can I merge my points?

Yes! If you accidentally made purchases from two different email accounts, we can help merge your points. Each customer is only allowed 1 loyalty account. Please email us at support@kittenish.com with your request, including your preferred email address and a list of the others you have used.

Note: Points from someone else’s account or order history may not be transferred to yours. In order to automatically accrue points, you must place your order under the email address associated with your own account.

Can I share my points with others?

No. Only the account holder can utilize points earned.

Can I redeem my points for cash?

No.

How do I use my points?

Online: At checkout, a dropdown box will appear for you to choose your reward. Select the desired amount to be applied to your purchase! Your point balance will automatically be adjusted. *If using Shopify Pay as your preferred checkout method, you can find your discount code on your account page by clicking on ‘Redeem Now’ and selecting your reward. 

In-store: At checkout, just share your name and email address with the sales associate and they will let you know which rewards are available and apply what you’d like to your purchase.

Will I receive points for purchases paid with gift cards?

You do not get points when using a gift card or store credit. You will not receive points on gift card purchases. 

I completed an activity but didn't earn points!

If you made a purchase, please allow at least 30 minutes for the system to process your activity and provide your points. If you referred a friend, your points will be posted to your account once they make a purchase of $80 or more—and only if it was their first purchase!

How can I refer a friend?

Give your friend $10 off their first purchase of $80 or more, and receive $10 for each successful referral. There are various ways to refer a friend including email, Twitter, and Facebook. 

How many friends can I refer to Kittenish?

While there is no limit to the number of friends you can refer, please note the Refer A Friend program is intended to reward existing customers who refer first time purchasers. You will not receive referral points for multiple accounts created under your same name.

If I return a purchase, do I get my reward back?

Yes! When you return a purchase, you will also have those points deducted from your rewards balance. 

Why did my reward balance go down?

Likely because a purchase was canceled or returned. Please reach out to our Customer Service  team if you have any questions.

If I leave the loyalty program, will I lose my points?

Yes, if you opt out of our loyalty program you will lose your points i f you choose to return later, your account balance will start at 0.

What happens to my information when I sign up?

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy 

What if I already have a Kittenish account?

You should have received your 25 account creation points already! If you do not see it in your rewards history, please email support@kittenish.com. 

What is the difference between Kittenish Rewards and Kittenish VIP?

Kittenish VIP is an exclusive discount offering for our SMS subscribers. Kittenish Rewards will earn points based on purchases for you to redeem at checkout. You can be a member of both for even more savings!
