SHIPPING UPDATE:

Due to global shipping delays, we are anticipating some delays in order processing and shipping, but we are working to get orders out as soon as possible! Please note that your order may take up to 7-10 business days to ship, we apologize for the inconvenience.

Standard Ground Shipping:
Please allow for 3-5 business days for processing + 2-3 days for shipping.

**DUE TO THE HOLIDAYS, SOME ORDERS MAY TAKE LONGER THAN USUAL TO RECEIVE.

ORDERS PLACES ON FRIDAY WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL MONDAY AS OUR DISTRIBUTION CENTER IS CLOSED ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY.

INTERNATIONAL ORDER/SHIPPING

We are not in control of any country-specific tariffs and duties imposed on your order by your government. Taxes and duties will likely be charged on the items you order. We do not have control over US customs or foreign customs in regards to extended shipping time. International returns are not accepted at this time.

LOST AND OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Kittenish is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your package arrived damaged you must let us know within 48 hours of receiving the item. Contact support@kittenish.com and be sure to include your order number.
